What does it mean to Subscribe & Save 30%?

A subscription to Juicy Kush allows you to receive as many products at a consistent frequency you choose. This way, you never run out of your favorite products. When you subscribe to any product, you receive 30% Off + FREE Shipping on all recurring subscription orders over $75!

First things first, please note that you are not obligated to subscribe to Juicy Kush when making a purchase. You can purchase products individually or opt-in and subscribe. By default, you are not subscribed to Juicy Kush. In order to subscribe, simply choose the subscribe option on the product page, or check the subscribe checkbox on the cart page.

Once you have subscribed, you will be in complete control of your subscription. You can change the products you receive, the frequency you receive them or even your next subscription renewal date at anytime. In addition, you can update your address, cancel your subscription, or skip a shipment at anytime simply by logging into your account.

When purchasing a subscription, you still need to create an account. Simply use the email address used to place your order and create a password.

How can I update my shipping address, payment method etc.?

Please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product you would like to update your information details on. From there you can make these adjustments and save!

You can modify your information details, as long as it's completed at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date. If you make changes after your subscription has already renewed, your order will automatically be processed without your changes.

Please note to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each subscription renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to modify your next order as needed.

How do I swap my flavor, strength or product before my next shipment?  

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Manage Subscription" on whichever product you’d like to swap. From there you can click on your "Product", choose the flavor, strength or another product you want to swap to, and save!

You can modify the contents of your order, as long as it's completed at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date. If you make changes after your subscription has already renewed, your order will automatically be processed without your changes.

I am getting too many, how do I delay it?

I am already subscribed to a product and would like to add another subscription to my account. How do I do this?

It's super easy, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click "Add Subscription" and choose whichever product you would like to subscribe to and choose you preferred shipment frequency schedule.

You can choose to either have your new product subscription to renew and ship with your existing subscriptions, or you can select a completely different shipment frequency. Whatever you would like, we have you covered.

Can I also use a discount code on a subscription product?

Sorry, but you cannot add any additional discounts to subscription orders.

I will be out of town this month, how do I skip my next shipment?

From there you can click on the button that says "Skip Shipment", or changes to your "Next Renewal Date" and "Subscription Frequency" that you’d like to adjust, and save!

What if I want to cancel? 

You may cancel your subscription at anytime from the account page on the Juicy Kush website. To cancel a subscription, please log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click “Manage Subscription” on whichever product you'd like to cancel, then follow instructions towards cancellation.

Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day prior to your next subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for that subscription order. Cancellation requests received by Juicy Kush through other channels may take up to 2-business days to process. If you do not have an account on Juicy Kush yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a "Subscriptions" button in your account page.

Cancelling your subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.

**Please note any disputed order charges, unclaimed or refused orders are not eligible to be returned for a refund. If in the unfortunate event, you do dispute a charge and disregard our policies, it may result in "Penalty Fees" and "Sent To Collections" in order for us to recoup the funds. If a subscription order renewed before you had time to modify or cancel, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with our return instructions so you can send back the item(s) once they arrive and get a refund minus original shipping cost, as long as they are still eligible within our return policy.**
